Upcoming service disruptions: Closure of Cooroy St, Dicky Beach between Coochin St and Beerburrum St From Monday 9 February - Friday 1 May 2026 Affected Routes: 5541, 5551, 5702, 5717 Impact: Detour via Coonowrin St > Beerburrum St and vice versa. Bus stop 301981, 301982 Cooroy St near Coochin St, Dicky Beach to be closed. o Customers are redirected to 302266 and 302265 on Beerburrum St. Closure of First Ave northbound between Aerodrome Rd and the Esplanade From Friday 20 February for approx 12 months Affected Routes: 5601, 5719, 5728 Impact: Detour via Aerodrome Rd and Second Ave. Bus stop 301673 permanently closed and relocated to a temporary bus stop on Second Ave. Bus stop 302040 permanently closed. New stops have been constructed on the Esplanade. However, due to the traffic impacts, the alternative stop on the northern side of the Esplanade will not be service.
