In a mark of respect and support for the family of deceased bus driver, Manmeet Alisher, who was killed in a fatal attack in Brisbane last week, Buslink drivers throughout Queensland joined with their national counterparts and conducted their operations with their headlights turned on, on Wednesday 2nd November 2016.
The incident has shocked the industry.
It is hoped the token gesture will spread some light amidst the darkness that Manmeet’s family is experiencing while showing our support to any driver who has experienced abuse.
